The Printek Paper Drive Belt Tensioner is a repair part for the FormsPro 4600 and the FormsPro 4603 Wide Carriage Dot Matrix Printers.

The Replacement Procedure is:

Unplug the power cord.
If the printer is a 4603, make sure the front tractors are in the loaded position or moved toward the rear of the printer.
Remove the tensioner screw and remove the pulley and shaft.
Install the new pulley, but do not fully tighten the screw.
Adjust the belt tension.
