Zebra incorporated extensive customer feedback with the legacy of its Stripe® and S4M™ printers to create the new ZT200 Series Industrial Printers which feature space saving designs, effortless setup, intuitive user operation, and ease of service and maintenance.
The ZT230’s compact footprint and streamlined design, along with the unique bi-fold door (requiring only 4 in./ 102 mm of opening space) fits easily into tight spaces maximizing work space.
The ZT230 has intuitive, effortless media loading. The side-loading design eliminates complicated threading of supplies, and the color-coded cues give first time users visual guidance for loading ribbon and media. The illuminated moveable sensor is visible through the media for trouble-free sensor-position adjustments. The Zebra ZT230’s construction has a metal frame with a metal media cover.
The ZT230 was engineered for greater print precision with fine tuned adjustments, allowing for crisp, clean text and barcodes – even on narrow media. Unlike the ZT220’s simple single-use three button user interface, the ZT230 has an icon-based LCD multilingual graphical user interface and full function keypad.
The ZT230 was built for light industrial and commercial environments. It is ideally suited for barcode labeling applications requiring more frequent format or printer setting changes. The easy tool-less platen and printhead removal enable simple cleaning and replacement. Only three common tools are needed for basic service.
